Having recently completed my MSc in Management at BPP University , I am dedicated to applying advanced leadership strategies to ensure our team provides the highest quality of service possible. When I am not focused on supporting our clients, I draw on my background in English and Literary Studies to stay engaged with creative pursuits , and I truly enjoy staying active while connecting with people from all walks of life. 

 As a Care Coordinator at Vila Homecare, I describe myself as a friendly, reliable, and hardworking professional who is truly happy when I can make a tangible difference in my service users' lives. Having been with the team for nearly five years, I bring extensive experience in compassionate client care, including a strong background in personal care, medication management, and the development of personalized risk assessments and care plans. My focus is always on helping individuals maintain their independence while providing the companionship and practical support—such as housekeeping and nutritious meal planning—needed to adjust to new lifestyles during periods of convalescence. Outside of my professional role, I have a long-standing passion for Morris dancing; I joined a troupe at age six and eventually served as the principal, where I enjoyed training different age groups and managing team requirements. I also value spending quality time with my friends and family and always look forward to meeting new people in our community. 

As a Care Assistant at Vila Homecare, I find serving the elderly in our community to be a deeply satisfying and rewarding vocation. My approach to care is centered on truly listening to my clients, as I believe that providing a compassionate ear is just as important as assisting with daily practicalities. Whether I am helping with personal care, supporting independence, or managing household tasks, my goal is always to make a positive difference in the lives of those I support. I take great pride in building strong relationships with my service users and their families to ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and heard.

Outside of my professional role, I am a very social person who loves staying connected through social media and spending quality time with my family. I find that my love for people and communication helps me bring a friendly and energetic presence to my work every day.
